Ordering from StarCards

ORDERING FROM STARCARDS

1. MAILING ADDRESS FOR PAYMENT AND CREDIT CARD APPLICATIONS:

2. To place an order, either set up an e-mail from your browser or click on the "Click here to order" line on one of the StarCards' web pages. Please include the following in your order:

a) Clearly state you are making a purchase.

b) For each card ordered, include the card name, set, quantity, rarity, and price. When this information is not included your order may take longer to process because of the need to gather the information before responding.

c) Postage will be calculated by StarCards and the total will be sent to you as part of the order reply. You may add postage from the chart shown on the Sales Rules page. Prices will be verifed and are subject to change without notice. However, no price is changed without good reason. For example, a typographical error or mis-priced card will not be honored. Also, if pricing is not included, your order may take longer to process because of the need to edit the prices onto the order. The same is true if you simply send a list of cards without any other reference to help find the cards, as is shown above.

d) A response will be sent for your order. Please do not send payment until this response has been received. The standard turnaround time for an order is 24 hours, or less.

NOTE: If you order Sunday or Monday, you will not receive a response until Tuesday.

(The PO box is used for security reasons and is at a major area postal center so that most mail is handled quickly.)

3. It is expected that you have read the sales instructions and will abide by them. If you have not read them, you can find them at: Sales Rules

4. After you have received the order reply with the total price and ordering information, please respond positively to the e-mail that you would like to purchase the cards. If you have not done so already, include your mailing address so your order is more readily identified when your payment arrives.

5. When sending payment, please include at least a note stating your mailing address, your e-mail address and the card list. This will help speed up processing the order so that you can receive your cards quickly. Orders without helpful information are placed behind orders that can be processed easily. The more you can help, the sooner the cards can be mailed.

6. If you have any questions, please send an e-mail. A response will be sent to answer your questions in as timely a manner as possible.
